Fix time is important when problems occur. We guarantee you a two hour response time for all issues occurring between the hours of 09:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri.
Contracts are provided with unlimited support via phone, email and remote methods. No one else offers this level of service for such a reasonable price.
Our staff carefully log your support issues so we can provide you with a yearly report on where most of the problems occurred. If we don't hear from you within three months we will call you up to let you know we are there and to see if you do need any assistance.
